IAG's insolvency officers are a highly-qualified team who have a higher legal and economical education, and who accompany enterprise management and participation in insolvency projects since 1998.
Insolvency officers participate in bankruptcy procedures on entire territory of the Russian Federation. Major bankruptcy procedures had been recently completed in Moscow, Tula, Volgograd and Novosibirsk. Insolvency officers were involved in more than 1000 enterprises, not considering the simplified bankruptcy procedures.
IAG provides any anti-crisis measures, including diagnostics (risks) of insolvency, determination of real characteristics of ensuing of consequences, determination of potential threats, counteraction against the undesirable effects, developing of preventing measures and implementation of anti-crisis program (anti-crisis plan) - an action plan, aimed at increasing of business effectiveness, and implementation of strategy in complex competition and finance situation.
IAG develops and implements strategy and analysis of consequences of voluntary bankruptcy (liquidation) of an enterprise. We protect interests of business at bankruptcy procedures in order to ensure the defense of owner’s interests, realization of measures, aimed at termination of insolvency procedures, control, analysis and appeal insolvency’s manager’s actions, litigation defense of owners.
IAG also provides complex defense of creditors’ interests, participating in insolvency procedures, providing various consultations and recommendations on choosing the tactics, forecast of future actions, appealing of insolvency officers’ actions.
